Marshall Plan

Mr. David Marshall was the foremost criminal lawyer in his days and he represented his clients based on his deep belief that everyone must have a chance and that good can found in everyone.

In recognition of his service to society and his love for St Andrew's School of which he was an alumnus, we are calling this programme for our Normal Technical stream, The Marshall Plan.

This programme, true to the convictions that made Mr. Marshall such a great man, will provide opportunities for students to find themselves, to establish a belief in themselves and to go beyond themselves to bring good to others.

This programme aims
  • To provide a meaningful education by synergizing with the learning needs of pupils.
  • To introduce possible career choices to pupils which are practical and hands on in nature
  • To prepare and equip them for their places of work.
  • To instill in pupils the sense of self-actualization and national pride
